PROJECT MENTORSHIP

If you choose a mentorship package, after the initial week's training, we will guide your team through an implementation project for your business.  The week-long course will teach them the tools of process improvement, but the mentored project will allow them to put those tools to good use, solving your company's biggest problems.  Click the button for more info.

Lean English Consulting has been my dream project for a number of years.  Since moving to Plouzané in November 2022, I have been trying to identify the best way to have a positive impact on the community.  As a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt consultant, I have helped dozens of teams improve quality, reduce operational costs and manage projects.  I would like to do the same for you.
